What will you do:
- Drive experimentation while maintaining focus on business-critical outcomes
- Design and implement machine learning models that enhance our indoor mapping solutions
- Set up and manage cloud-based services and APls for our ML infrastructure
- Lead external annotation teams and coordinate data labeling efforts
- Scale our ML capabilities and lay the groundwork for future team expansion
- Develop and maintain rule-based systems that complement our machine learning models
We imagine you come with:
- 3-5 years of experience implementing machine learning solutions in production environments
- Proven track record of balancing rapid experimentation with production-quality code
- Strategic thinking that aligns ML initiatives with business objectives
- Strong Python programming skills with focus on ML and data science applications
- Expertise in image processing and computer vision machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and API development
- Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts
